Nadia G.

If you are deciding between here and Hillsdale, let me save you the trip and tell you just how much better my experience was here in terms of kindness, expertise, communication and collaboration. I am an older patient with a potentially complex surgical case, and after a really bad experience at my first appointment at Hillsdale Orthodontics, I was incredibly apprehensive about coming in today. Scarlett, the patient coordinator, is an absolute credit to the practice. She was warm, knowledgeable and incredibly clear in her explanations. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Dr Seth was equally kind, and clearly has the considerable expertise I need for a possible surgical case. Being able to have such an informed discussion, feel genuinely collaborated with rather than simply talked at, and leave with a clear path forward that didn't feel frightening or overwhelming was a very big deal for me. And finally, Kyle, the practice doggo. I was so scared going into this appointment, and having his perfect little dumpling self in the room with me was the best. Whoever decided nervous orthodontic patients need a French bulldog deserves an award. I walked in genuinely frightened and walked out feeling like I had found the right people to care for me through this process. I am not scared to start now, and I cannot explain how much that means to me.Truly — go here.

Response from the owner:Nadia, thank you for the GLOWING review of our team! Your kind & generous words mean the world to us. Kyle is magic at calming nerves, isn't he? We are so grateful that you gave our team a shot in spite of your past negative experiences. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to earn your trust. We look forward to continuing to earn your business! Any time you need a snuggle from Kyle, he is there for you Nadia! Thank you again for making our day with your heartfelt words.

Excellent, top notch orthodontics. Kind, friendly staff, high tech options that ease the discomfort of braces. They make it so fun and easy. Offered us great financial options since we were out of network for phase 2.

Wonderful staff, knowledgeable providers, and amazing facilities! I can’t recommend them enough! The office in Sherwood is the best in my opinion. They do Invisalign and traditional braces. He even had a conversation with me while working on my daughter braces and gave some guidance about an orthotics strategy for my TMJ. I wish they had a TMJ specialist there, but it was nice to have a conversation where I actually received real advice and not a sales pitch.

I liked Senestraros’s. They’re efficient and focused on your comfort and needs. I moved to another state in the middle of the treatment and they were able to ship some of my retainers and shorten the number of my visits.

Response from the owner:So glad we could help you out Vanessa!

Dr. Senestraro was great! It was always easy to get an appointment at one of his locations if we had any issues with brackets. My son loved getting prizes and of course the candy cup at the end!!

Tina B.

Welcoming from front desk to doctor. Professional, clear communication, positive and sensitive to finances without judgment. Thank you so much.

Response from the owner:Thank you for the 5 star review Tina!

Sofie A.

Great orthodontist with excellent customer service! The staff is always friendly and professional, appointments are quick, and they consistently run on time. I really appreciate how they respect their patients’ time. Most of all my teeth look great!

Stephanie C.

Though we haven't officially started our care at Senestraro, they were amazingly helpful at our consultation. They made sure we knew all of our options, provided guidance without being pushy, and answered all of our questions in ways we could understand. We're excited and confident we can move forward with a place that is willing to listen and meet our needs.

Addy B.

We could not be happier with the service, personalized care and professional approach they have taken with each of our daughter’s teeth.

Response from the owner:Addy, thank you for trusting us with the care of your girls' smiles! We love what we do!
