After two other "kid friendly" consultations at other places that ended in a not so friendly environment, we were a little skeptical of trying one more but the moment we walked through the doors it was nothing but positive vibes. Scarlett made the process seem so seamless. Dr. Seth and his staff were so amazing and they made my daughter feel so welcomed before getting her braces on. Our experience at this orthodontics office has been very positive. The office is clean, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. Meeting their dog, Kyle, was a highlight, he’s the cutest! Medically and professionally, they are top-tier. They were extremely thorough when explaining the procedure and took the time to answer every single question I had. What truly sets them apart is their outstanding patient care. They went out of their way to accommodate my daughter's preferences to make sure she was comfortable. On top of that, they were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the financial process, assisting us in every way they could.I cannot recommend them enough!

I don’t write reviews often, but this office absolutely deserves one. At 52 years old, I finally decided it was time to invest in myself and improve my smile. I spent a lot of time researching orthodontists, reading reviews, and looking through before-and-after photos. Senestraro Orthodontics kept standing out, so I scheduled a consultation. From the very first phone call, I knew I had found the right place. Absolutely a wonderful place to bring yourself or kids to get Ortho work. The ambiance and the authenticity of care were stunning! Every staff member that I encountered was lovely and I truly felt heard by both the Treatment Coordinator and the Orthodontist. We had an excellent experience with Senestraro Orthodontics. The atmosphere was stress-free, informative, and details of the plan were clearly explained. Most importantly, our kiddo felt comfortable/ calm in the office and Dr. Z was kind and helpful. Additionally, Mel helped us understand our costs (extremely fair pricing) and our insurance benefits with great detail and answered all of our questions thoroughly and kindly.

We were able to get in to the Sherwood office for our initial treatment consultation within a week of calling and requesting. When we arrived the team was very welcoming and friendly. Mel and Dr Seth were so kind to ask our daughter about her hobbies, interests and comfort level with treatment. We look forward to beginning orthopedic treatment with Dr Seth!

My son is not a fan of anything to do with his teeth. My mom recommended we take him to Senestaro since my sister goes here as well and has had nothing but good experiences. This place was so welcoming and good with him he left excited to come back. Their payment plan is exceptional and what every place should have available especially for people with big families. Fast, kind, and generous. I needed an urgent repair to my permanent retainer (20+ years old from my original braces, placed by a different orthodontist). Senestraro got me in within days, did the repair in under 5 minutes, and did not even charge me. Dr. Seth and the staff I interacted with were warm and welcoming.
